You are at Heraklion city center, everything is next to you!
All areas where the 4 Uni Island residential complexes are located, are at the Heraklion city center.
The first complex, at Zoudianou Street (City Center Suites), is located very close (just 100 meters) from the famous Chanioporta, between 2 main avenues of the city, just 50 meters from Kalokairinou Avenue and Plastira Avenue. The neighborhood combines everything! Supermarket, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, kiosks, mini market, steak houses and much more are only a few meters away but because the Uni Island residential complex is located on a vertical small street it is quiet!
The second complex, at Skra Street (Old Town Suites), is located even closer to the heart of the city and the seafront boulevard, in the old town of Heraklion. Our 2 residential complexes are about 300 meters apart. The neighborhood, in the old town, is next to everything, just 300 metres away from the heart of the city and 180 metres away from the beach road.
The third building on Kazani Street (Metropolis Suites), is next to the metropolitan church of Agios Minas, very close to the rest of the residential complexes and even closer to the heart of the city. It is located just 30 meters from Kalokairinou Avenue and offers everything needed by someone who wants everything next to him!
The fourth building in Daskalogianni square (City Heart Suites), is INSIDE the heart of the city! Our neighborhood is at the most central area of Heraklion where everything is at your feet!!!
The areas where the Uni Island residential complexes operate are suitable for beautiful walks on the beach, where you can go for jogging, cycling and anything else you can imagine.
Access all city areas
First of all, Heraklion is a city with short distances. It is important, though, to be able to be served by public transport and go wherever you want. The urban bus stops are just a few meters from the Uni Island residential complexes and serve almost all urban bus lines!
You can go to every single important site like Knossos, the Archeological museum, the Ammoudara beach, the port, or even the airport.

Go to the beach!
During your summer vacation (and during winter too for some brave souls), there is nothing more important than to be near the beach. The nearest beach for you to relax and go for swimming, sunbathing and socializing is the huge Ammoudara beach. It is located just 3 km away!
